Working independently and as part of the NCPRD team, this position will develop, schedule, organize, promote, and evaluate recreation programs for youth, adults, and other related special events in the District, focusing on Latinx offerings. This work involves program development and implementation, assessing needs, and working with District instructors and volunteers. To accomplish this work, the selected candidate must establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as recreation staff, volunteers, community partners, nonprofit organizations, vendors, sponsors, participants, and the public.
