  • In 2001, our online job posting services targeting DE&I/EEO/OFCCP employers, partners and job seekers were launched and initially powered by our Global portal website MinorityProfessionalNetwork.com, which is also accessible via mpnsite.com.
  • In 2010, our online job board functionality was migrated from the global portal to its own standalone website - mpndiversityjobs.com, which is also accessible via mpnjobs.com.

  • MPN stands for Minority Professional Network, Inc.

  • In 1998, C.J. Bland founded Bland Consulting Services, which offered technology and staffing services.
  • In 1998, Bland founded the ATLinfoconnection and JobConnection e-publications.
  • In 2001, Bland and Thomas Brooks formally incorporated Minority Professional Network, LLC.
  • In 2003, Bland and Brooks dissolved MPN, LLC and re-incorporated as Minority Professional Network, Inc.
  • In 2007, Bland bought out all shares owned by Brooks and became the sole shareowner of MPN until his wife, Shelley Bland, joined him as a shareowner in 2015.
