Job Description Summary

Exciting Opportunity Alert! LLCC is hiring a Donor Relations Coordinator – Make an Impact, Build Connections and Help Drive our Mission Forward! This position acts as donor relations liaison through strategic direction of gift acknowledgement, recognition and stewardship processes. It will also manage a full array of functions for the LLCC Foundation office; ensure that the daily operations of the Foundation office are managed effectively and efficiently; and serves as primary support to the LLCC Foundation Board of Directors.

 

Lincoln Community College (LLCC) Foundation is a non-profit 501©(3) organization and governed by a 20-member volunteer board of directors. The mission of the LLCC Foundation is to cultivate and steward charitable gifts to enrich and support Lincoln Land Community College students, programs and services.

 

As a staff member at LLCC, you can look forward to 23 paid holidays a year, including 2 weeks at the end of the calendar year and one week in March for mid-semester break; 12 Fridays off in the summer; and 2 personal days, 15 sick days, and starting with 10 vacation days per year. LLCC staff, their spouse and qualified dependent children are eligible to use the tuition waiver on credited courses. Staff can also enjoy free access to our on-campus fitness center. Starting salary is likely to be between $47,188 and $54,195 per year with an excellent benefits package. The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education, training, experience, and skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree. Extensive, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Five years of office management and/or project management.
  • Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision.
  • Must be able to work confidentially.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependability is a must.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team.
  • Ability to deal tactfully, effectually, and equitably with students, staff, faculty, donors, alumni and the general public.
  • Extensive software skills, including Microsoft Suite and advanced Excel.

 

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug-screen.

Position Salary
