40% Digital Design Direction
• Provide overall creative leadership and digital design strategy for the college through the translation of the brand’s guidelines for digital platforms. • Assess the college’s online brand identity and develop strategic and creative digital concepts and materials to advance the college’s strategic goals. • Develop, implement, and evaluate short-and-long-term goals, objectives, and projects of digital visual marketing and communications in the college. • Partner with Senior Director of Marketing (SDM), Assistant Director of Marketing (ADM), Digital Communications Specialist (DCS), and Web Development Manager (WDM) to guide digital design needs and provide digital design assets to projects initiated by the marketing and communications team in the production of digital projects.
• Develop wireframes and collaborate with the SDM and WDM in the development of the UX. • Advance the UX/UI on the college’s web development. Oversee the design of the user flow on key college landing pages, oversee digital design for the mobile experience, and provide sketches to the WDM. • Advise the SDM and WDM on front-end digital design • Provide design assets for the college’s social media channels

40% Digital Design Direction
• Provide overall creative leadership and digital design strategy for the college through the translation of the brand’s guidelines for digital platforms. • Assess the college’s online brand identity and develop strategic and creative digital concepts and materials to advance the college’s strategic goals. • Develop, implement, and evaluate short-and-long-term goals, objectives, and projects of digital visual marketing and communications in the college. • Partner with Senior Director of Marketing (SDM), Assistant Director of Marketing (ADM), Digital Communications Specialist (DCS), and Web Development Manager (WDM) to guide digital design needs and provide digital design assets to projects initiated by the marketing and communications team in the production of digital projects.
• Develop wireframes and collaborate with the SDM and WDM in the development of the UX. • Advance the UX/UI on the college’s web development. What You Will Need

Working Conditions / Work Schedule

AIDS/LifeCycle (ALC) is produced by and benefits San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF) and the Los Angeles LGBT Center (the Center). The event debuted in 1994 as the California AIDS Ride before it was reconfigured to what is known today as AIDS/LifeCycle (ALC), the world’s largest annual HIV/AIDS fundraiser. AIDS/LifeCycle is a fully supported, seven-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles that raises important awareness about the ongoing HIV/AIDS epidemic, in addition to funding critical services such as HIV testing and screenings for other sexually transmitted infections, ALC funds HIV care, harm reduction, prevention services including PrEP, and more.
AIDS/LifeCycle happens the first full week in June and averages 2500 Cyclists and 500 volunteers (“Roadies”) participating in the event. Compensation
The salary range for this position is $180,000 – 185,000. The employer will be based on the region of California where the Ride Director resides (e.g., Northern California: San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Southern California: Los Angeles LGBT Center).

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $180,000 – 185,000. The employer will be based on the region of California where the Ride Director resides (e.g., Northern California: San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Southern California: Los Angeles LGBT Center).
SFAF’s comprehensive benefits plan includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. SFAF’s generous paid leave policies include 14 paid holidays, 24 days of Paid Time Off/Sick Time for the first two years of employment, and 29 days after two years. SFAF offers a 403(b)-retirement plan and matches employee contributions up to 3% of salary. Location
The Ride Director may be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles but will be expected to divide their time between the two cities, spending time with the two producing organizations and the event’s Northern and Southern California staff and stewarding the relationship between the leadership teams in each location. An annual stipend to support travel and related expenses is provided.
Reimbursement toward relocation expenses will be provided for the exceptional candidate our clients seek.

Provide crew members with all information needed to style hair and wigs and apply makeup in accordance with the design. Oversee the work of all crew members for all rehearsals, performances and work calls. Dress Rehearsals and Performances Establish makeup and hair call times for all artists with the Production Scheduler. Attend all technical and dress rehearsals when wigs and makeup are requested. Ensure each artist is in complete and appropriate hair and makeup. Be available and accessible to the creative team in the house during dress rehearsals to address questions as necessary. Compile notes for all wigs, hairstyles, and makeup as observed or as requested by the director and designer. Communicate hair and makeup notes for principal artists to the hair and makeup crew. Communicate hair and makeup notes to individual chorus, supers, and dancers as necessary. Attend all performances to ensure that makeup and wig calls proceed as planned. Monitor and respond to any hair and makeup notes listed in performance reports. Photograph each artist in full hair and makeup for archival purposes. Post Production/Ongoing Compile wig and makeup archival records for each production according to WNO standards. Ensure that all rented or borrowed wigs and hair pieces are appropriately returned in accordance with the agreement. Ensure that all wigs and hairpieces owned by WNO are appropriately cleaned and stored. Other Attend weekly Costume Studio staff meetings. Manage all wig and makeup activities within established budget parameters. Ensure that all wig and makeup invoices are properly submitted for payment and that finances are kept in order. 2. Work Experience (Minimum needed) ● Minimum Required: 4 years in a similar role with familiarity with international and complex funders. ● Preferred: Non-profit setting with remote team structure, and experience in a fast-paced environment with a small global team.

● Experience with the preparation of budgets for applications in accordance with complex global guidelines and in collaboration with relevant colleagues. ● Experience with US and/or other government grant compliance. ● Experience with analyzing and writing contracts.
