KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Serves as product owner of Cascade PBS’s online data visualization solution, providing access, training, support, governance, and end-to-end dashboard builds.
Builds and maintains dashboards using Tableau.
Conducts needs assessment with internal teams throughout the organization; audit reporting, iterate on report and dashboard builds, address reporting pain-points.
Does data wrangling in Snowflake.
Maintains knowledge of audience trends in the media landscape, specifically trends around broadcast, video streaming habits, device use, and PBS viewer behavior.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Strong data analysis and data storytelling skills
Familiarity with cloud computing
Strong SQL and Tableau skills.
Understanding of modern Cloud data platforms and architecture is required.
Familiarity with Project Management software.
Ability to project manage business intelligence projects; conduct needs assessment, UAT, stakeholder communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience delivering presentations to stakeholders is desirable.

Integrate external data sets from research and surveys into customer data for analysis. Work to help clean and standardize marketing data collection and data input into Tessitura. Plan and execute audience survey strategy, including collaborating with consultants on baseline audience surveys, planning and coordinating intercept surveys for capturing information from millennium stage audiences, and maintaining and reporting on our triggered post performance survey. Maintain regular sales reporting, including daily sales reports, daily forecasting reports, and weekly sales reports for all Kennedy Center programs. Report on audience insights including demographic and geographic trends across genres and over time. Create and manage cross-departmental after-action reviews for select events and campaigns. CRM Establish best practices for segmentation, forecasting, targeting, analysis, and execution of CRM programs across all genres. Manage segmentation strategy for all marketing lists. Evaluate data needs of various marketing and web staff and work with IT team to ensure data is available, reliable, and appropriately secured. • Collaborate with AIS-DS Trainer to identify data integrity issues that suggest the need for UA staff training or re-training
Customer Service and Special Projects
