CSG is where Technology meets People and we are a leader in technology solutions where we provide electronic, physical security, ATM & ITM product & service, installation for financial & commercial institutions across the States.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR THE JOB?

DEVELOP: We are looking for an experienced training manager who can develop training programs for all lines of business within our organization. This includes but is not limited to training materials, interactive methods, hands-on training, video training, micro-learning & e-learning.

ADMINISTER: This person will be managing the entire training process with the direction of the VP of Operations and VP of Human Resources. We want you to identify, assess, define, design, develop, monitor and evaluate training programs that meet our business needs and improve performance.

TRAIN: This person will promote employee growth by implementing and facilitating training and development plans that will enhance the effectiveness of the workforce within our organization.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE IN THE POSITION?

  • You have experience analyzing company needs, creating and developing training programs that will meet the learning styles of all groups within our organization.
  • You have strong presentation skills that keeps an audience engaged and interested in learning and developing new skills.
  • You possess a strong business acumen with the ability to understand our organization's goals and standards for customer service and be able to adhere to our We Make It Happen! culture.
  • You are up to date on the latest trends in employee training, developments and best practices.
