Position Overview: Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have overall strategic, management and operational responsibility for PACCO’s staff, programs, and execution of its mission. The Executive Director oversees and leads the financial operations, including fundraising initiatives that diversify funding sources and support long-term sustainability.
This role works towards the economic and cultural empowerment of the Philippine-American/Filipino business community. The Executive Director is charged with administering the policies of PACCO while leading and conducting the day-to-day business of the organization. This position will also be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy to strengthen PACCO's brand and community engagement.
The Executive Director directly supervises 2.5 FTE: Program Manager (part-time), Sr. Program/Project Coordinator (full-time), and Digital Marketing Specialist (full-time).
Key Responsibilities:
Board, Governance, and Strategy
• Develop, collaborate, and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives in partnership with the Board
• Develop, maintain, and support a strong Board; seek and build board involvement with strategic direction
• Actively engage and energize volunteers, board members, committees, partnering organizations, members, and funders
• Regularly communicate the organization’s vision, priorities, key initiatives, and needs between staff and the Board
Operational Leadership & Management
• Provide oversight of daily operations and decision-making for all internal operations, policies, and structure to ensure organizational compliance with all applicable local, city, state, regional, and federal laws and regulations (i.e., taxes, registrations, insurance, etc.), as applicable
• Oversee and execute HR responsibilities for hiring, staffing, and implementation of regular performance reviews of personnel
• Evaluate PACCO program components regularly for process improvements and report outcomes to the board, funders, clients, and other members
• Responsible for leading the overall implementation of grant programs in compliance with grantor requirements
• Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence and consistent quality of finance and administration; recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals
Fiscal & Financial Management
• Oversee all accounting functions including those necessary for auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, capital asset and property management, and payroll, in compliance with existing regulations, and in coordination with the Treasurer
• Manage and review finances utilizing budgets, cash flow, income statements, balance statements
• Assist the Treasurer in making financial information available to the Board and stakeholders
• Develop the budget with staff and recommend a yearly budget for Board approval
Fundraising and Communications
• Develop, collaborate, and implement an annual fundraising plan with the board and staff to support existing program operations and ensure long-term financial sustainability
• Actively engage in fundraising including relationship building, gift solicitation, and stewardship while identifying other revenue sources
• Nurture existing and cultivate new relationships to position PACCO with mission-aligned opportunities
• Work with business leaders and government entities to take advantage of applicable corporate social responsibility initiatives (inclusive of grants, etc.)
• Serve as the public face of the organization and represent in a professional light to its constituents, funders, the media, and the public to convey mission and goals
Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience in nonprofit management and/or training, or a combination of a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university and experience
• 3+ years of solid budget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting
• 3+ years of fundraising and grant writing with individual, corporate, and foundation funders
• Established record of collaboration, partnerships, and building effective relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, community, businesses, and stakeholders
• Ability and/or experience with strategic thinking, planning and implementation
• Experience working with and/or in the Filipino community and Communities of Color

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field and one year experience in grants, budgeting, finance, or related experience; or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment. Position Summary This is professional work providing administrative and operational support in all phases of grant management within an assigned County department. An employee assigned to this classification is responsible for grant research, preparation, coordination, monitoring, reviewing, modifying, drafting, redrafting, and writing of grants and grant related contracts for presentation to the Department, County leadership, County Manager and/or BoCC for acceptance. Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will provide essential human resources management within the PAST shared services team and PAST partner units. This position will support and facilitate effective communication, excellent standards of workplace conduct, and interpersonal problem-solving with high levels of confidentiality, sensitivity, and cultural awareness for approximately 1500 employees. This position is expected to use diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility frameworks in every part of their responsibilities.
Within the PAST portfolio, the HR Manager's responsibilities will include overseeing and managing onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating the performance evaluation process, as well as maintaining and tracking the student hire process. They will manage projects for PAST HR strategic initiatives and responsibilities, plan and execute administrative processes, and recommend and implement process improvements. This position will support recruitment and the hiring process, helping to ensure diverse and robust candidate pools.
This position regularly exercises independent judgment and develops unit procedures involving personnel and office staffing resources. In addition, they interpret and apply the appropriate policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable entities.

Position Summary
The Human Resources Manager will provide essential human resources management within the PAST shared services team and PAST partner units. This position will support and facilitate effective communication, excellent standards of workplace conduct, and interpersonal problem-solving with high levels of confidentiality, sensitivity, and cultural awareness for approximately 1500 employees. This position is expected to use diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility frameworks in every part of their responsibilities.
Within the PAST portfolio, the HR Manager's responsibilities will include overseeing and managing onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating the performance evaluation process, as well as maintaining and tracking the student hire process. They will manage projects for PAST HR strategic initiatives and responsibilities, plan and execute administrative processes, and recommend and implement process improvements. This position will support recruitment and the hiring process, helping to ensure diverse and robust candidate pools.
This position regularly exercises independent judgment and develops unit procedures involving personnel and office staffing resources. In addition, they interpret and apply the appropriate policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable entities.
The HR Manager reports to the Associate Director of PAST HR, and will be a key support to the Associate Director in process management, performance evaluations, promotions, student hires, and recruitment. The HR Manager will supervise a team of 2-3 HR Coordinators who support HR processes across the PAST portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and skills.
• Three years experience as a human resources professional in a large, complex organization including any of the following: personnel and pay actions, HRIS data management, recruiting, job analysis, job description development and/or classification and compensation.
• One year of supervisory or lead work experience.

The purpose of this position is to serve as the agency’s policy, technical, and market expert on assigned energy sectors, resources, and technologies. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The purpose of this position is to serve as the agency’s policy, technical, and market expert on assigned energy sectors, resources, and technologies. This position functions within the program by developing relationships with external organizations and providing advice to the director and program managers on strategic planning, policies, initiatives, and operations. The position will help inform the development of energy and climate policy discussions and activities relevant to Oregon and its goals.
This position is eligible for a hybrid remote work schedule. The incumbent will be expected to work at the central workplace located at 550 Capitol St. NE in Salem, Oregon, at least eight times per year. This generally includes attendance at pre-scheduled in-person all-staff meetings. The position may also be required to work at the central workplace on a more frequent basis with advance notice, as needed.

Job Description Produce costumes for all Washington National Opera productions and maintain costume storage and production related spaces in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with Washington National Opera Staff, Donors, Board of Directors, and related companies. Manage earned revenue through costume rentals and sales. Key Responsibilities Production Planning Consult with Costume Designers and Directors to establish parameters for each production regarding schedule, expectations, style, function, and materials. Analyze new costume designs, costumes to be rented, or costumes to be remounted. Determine cost and time feasibility, and identify any potential problems. Supervise and assist in the collection of critical facts for future productions. Communicate production information to the Costume Department in a timely fashion to ensure that production timelines can be set and adhered to. Budgeting and Finance Prepare annual budgets based on specific production, administrative, and facility needs, • Prepare reliable budget projections for future seasons. Manage all costume department activities within established budget parameters. Ensure that accounting records are detailed and accurate. Costume Personnel Supervise all costume employees to ensure that the Costume Department is operating in an efficient and professional manner. Ensure that all positions within the costume studio are filled as appropriate. Provide ongoing and annual appraisals of costume staff. Identify, interview, negotiate contracts, and hire new costume employees. Costume Production Develop a clear understanding of the production design to ensure the proper finish of all costume pieces. Guide and assist designers and costume staff as necessary to meet the needs of each production. Ensure that all costume fittings are conducted appropriately. Attend costume fittings as necessary. Ensure that all costumes are completed according to the specifications of the design and budget, and that they are delivered to the theater in a timely manner. Attend and participate in dress rehearsals and any accompanying note sessions, Communicate costume notes to the appropriate costume personnel. Ensure that complete and detailed records are kept for each production. Other Provide a safe and comfortable working environment for all costume staff. Oversee the proper and safe execution of all activities within the WNO Studio. Ensure that costume storage areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner, Attend and participate in all meetings as required. Provide costume support to other departments as necessary.
