Administers and directs assigned operational activities of a statewide area. Develops programs and approaches designed to provide effective delivery of services. Participates in the development, management and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
Must have a bachelors degree in business administration or the social sciences and four years of managerial/administrative experience with human service organizations; or, at least six years of managerial and supervisory experience with the corporation. Must possess and demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. Personal computer proficiency required. Extensive travel required.
Ability to use personal computer. Requires travel on a frequent basis. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to work under stress meeting deadlines and/or stressful situations. Ability to communicate.
