Baltimore Corps seeks an experienced professional with senior-level management and supervisory experience to serve in its newly created Vice President role. This position offers the opportunity to build upon the organization’s accomplishments to date by coordinating and aligning growth across departments and leveraging the skills and talents of the leadership team. The ideal Vice President must be passionate about Baltimore Corps’ mission, values, and desired impact for Baltimore. S/he must be a skilled manager and communicator, highly strategic, and committed to shared leadership values. The Vice President will report to the CEO and manage a team of talented directors.

The Vice President is the second in command of Baltimore Corps’ senior leadership team and will work collaboratively with the CEO and 4 Directors (Partnerships, Programs, Communications & Development, and Operations & Administration) to ensure effective and efficient mission execution. The Vice President will report to the CEO and will hold direct reports from all above Directors. The Vice President is ultimately accountable for Baltimore Corps delivering on strategic objectives. The Vice President is a salaried position, with health and dental benefits. In addition to health and dental, Baltimore Corps is proud to offer additional benefits for our employees including but not limited to generous vacation time, wellness policies, volunteer opportunities and flexible work hours. The range for this position is $95–$105K. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with qualification and experience. Baltimore Corps anticipates filling the role no later than November 2017.
