Job Description

Work in conjunction with the Technology Training Specialist on year-round training and administrative functions of the CPE eLearning unit. Facilitate online training courses, webinars, and in-person sessions, with or in the absence of the Technology Training Specialist. Provide support for newly-hired instructors regarding instructional design, best practices in online learning, and using the learning management system for course construction. Complete daily administrative tasks to track and maintain communication between CPE, Academic Programs and Campus departments/colleges regarding training progress and completion. Maintain the CPE Training database for registration, attendance, and instructor progress.
