Job Description
The Sanford Center for Aging at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine invites applications for the position of Program Coordinator, Health and Wellness. The Health and Wellness Program Coordinator (HWPC) works alongside the Sanford Center community wellness program team to assist in implementing the Center's portfolio of wellness programs targeted to older adults. The position's core function is to coordinate the delivery of wellness programs in the community and across the state by working with community partners, leading outreach efforts, coordinating leader trainings, and assisting in grant-required data collection and reporting. The HWPC is also trained in, and serves as, a program facilitator for multiple evidence-based programs. The HWPC reports to the Health and Wellness Director.
The ideal candidate will, in addition to the qualifications below, demonstrate experience with community engagement, public speaking/presenting, and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders. Time management, attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent aspects of several projects ensures successful program delivery at every stage. Familiarity with/experience with grant administration, fiscal management, and data collection is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and two years of related professional experience OR
Master's Degree and one year of related professional experience.

The Admissions Office and Graduate Programs Office (GPO ) are devoted to the mission of Eastern Washington University: to be an engine for social mobility by providing students access to high quality graduate programs. We are seeking a collaborative and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Specialist 2 – CRM and Data Management. This role is pivotal in enhancing the admissions experience for EWU graduate students. In this position, you will spearhead various initiatives aimed at supporting graduate students throughout their academic journey. The Program Specialist 2 – CRM and Data Management will report to the Associate Director Admissions with a dotted reporting line to the Director of the Graduate Programs Office. This position will be colocated in the Admissions and Graduate Offices. The primary focus will be on advancing the graduate student experience to enhance enrollment and retention through effective utilization of the CRM system. This position will involve implementing data-driven strategies and providing user support and training to ensure the seamless functioning of the Slate system in support of graduate recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts. The best candidates for this position will contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. The Program Specialist 2 – CRM and Data Management will collaborate with staff and faculty across the institution. • Provide dedicated support to a variety of graduate programs to optimize CRM functionality. • Assist in the onboarding of various departments to the Slate CRM system, aligning solutions with stakeholder needs and requirements. • Build and execute Slate workflows, communication plans, and data management processes under the guidance of the Associate Director to bolster student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts. • Deliver user support and training sessions on the Slate system, adhering to best practices and strategies established by the Associate Director. • Monitor system performance and contribute insights for enhancement opportunities, collaborating closely with the Associate Director. • Stay abreast of Slate updates and industry trends, sharing pertinent insights with the Associate Director to inform strategic decision-making.

Innovation Academy), including pre-program marketing and outreach, support of hiring program staff, contract negotiations, and other duties as needed. • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Develops and implements programs for student outreach and recruitment while continually uplifting the admissions process for the M.E.T. Program and in partnership with UC Berkeley, the Haas School of Business and the College of Engineering in collaboration with appropriate constituents and communities; educates the public about admissions requirements, policies and processes as it relates to the UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship & Technology Program. The person in the role with handle admissions, marketing and engagement inquiries from potential students, the college preparatory community, counselors, community-based organizations and the public at large.
• Exercises professional judgment in reviewing, evaluating, and recommending applicants for admission using established guidelines. • Maintains confidentiality and secures student records. • Coordinates and supports Admissions events to enhance recruitment and yield. • Hosts recruitment activities (virtually and in person), including planning, prepping, representing MET at the events, and providing accurate and engaging activities and information. • Strategizes and builds outreach and admissions plans alongside campus partners to grow and facilitate a diverse population of applicants, including partnering with Development and Alumni Relations as appropriate. • Responsible for setting dates, communicating details and scheduling for admissions reading cycle annually with campus partners, seasonal readers and M.E.T.
