The Vice Provost ensures that the statewide programs and institutes and the program teams are advancing UC ANR Research and Program priorities through procurement and efficient deployment of resources, including identification and pursuit of resource opportunities. • The Vice Provost initiates and facilitates enhanced communication and collaboration among programs. • The Vice Provost is responsible for program and institute personnel performance reviews and evaluations of direct reports.
