Position Summary
The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) in the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage grants and contracts awarded for projects and programs across the program's funding areas, including regenerative agriculture, green infrastructure, and contractor development, clean energy, and planning. This role will be responsible for maintaining budgets for PCEF grant programs, managing invoicing and billing processes, and providing accurate and timely reporting. In addition, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for staff for all budgeting, monitoring, and reporting for administrative-related expenses. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of government accounting, and a background in supporting historically underserved organizations or populations.
As a Financial Analyst, you will:
• Budget, monitor, and report program-level financial activity for PCEF Administration and specific grant/program portfolios such as the Mini-grant program, Capacity Building, and the BPS Climate Team
• Lead administrative and some grant/program-level reporting and metrics
• Manage internal billing and invoice processing for grantees and programs
• Process the City Climate project's monthly invoicing and cash transfer approvals
• Reconcile administrative IAs, overhead billings, and cash transfers
• Direct advance recovery processing for external grantees
• Run internal administrative functions for the PCEF finance team
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end related reports
• Support year-end and monthly closing-related activities

About the Position:
This role is an on-campus, in-person position.
The Director of Pharmacy leads pharmaceutical services at the student health center, ensuring high-quality care in collaboration with clinic providers. This role oversees medication dispensing, patient education, inventory management, and pharmacy operations while supervising staff and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Director is committed to exceptional customer service, revenue goals, and enhancing services to meet student needs.
Essential Functions:
Pharmaceutical Care Delivery: Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions, reviewing orders for safety, efficacy, appropriateness, and accuracy. Counsel patients and consult with prescribers on medication selection, dosages, interactions, and side effects, offering therapeutic recommendations as needed. Provide drug information and patient education, ensuring safe/effective use of medications. Manage the point-of-sale system for medications and OTC products; maintain a small retail area stocked with health, beauty, and food items.
Inventory Control and Compliance: Maintain an efficient inventory system, conducting biannual manual counts of medications and supplies. Order and stock pharmaceuticals, OTC products, merchandise, and supplies to meet demand. Keep detailed, compliant records of prescriptions, drug inventory, narcotics, and controlled substances as required by federal and state regulations. Monitor patient drug therapy, collaborating with medical staff to promote cost-effective and appropriate pharmaceutical use. Oversee ongoing inventory-related accounting and reporting.
Pharmacy Team Support and Oversight: Manage pharmacy operations, including pricing, data analysis, and development of policies and procedures. Direct daily workflows, supervise pharmacy support staff, and oversee pharmacy technicians’ performance. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and annual performance evaluations for staff; conduct in-service training as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, maintaining all required licenses and vendor agreements. Perform continuous quality assurance and maintain pharmacy security. Identify and propose opportunities for new or expanded services to enhance pharmacy offerings.
Strategic and Support Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned, including implementing new technologies and applications to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and modernize pharmacy operations to meet student needs and expectations. Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school is required. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.
Seven (7) years of experience as a licensed pharmacist and ability to assume administrative responsibilities for the Pharmacy is required; two (2) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in pharmacy is also required. A current Texas pharmacy license in good standing is required.

About the Position:
This role is an on-campus, in-person position.
The Director of Pharmacy leads pharmaceutical services at the student health center, ensuring high-quality care in collaboration with clinic providers. This role oversees medication dispensing, patient education, inventory management, and pharmacy operations while supervising staff and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Director is committed to exceptional customer service, revenue goals, and enhancing services to meet student needs.
Essential Functions:
Pharmaceutical Care Delivery: Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions, reviewing orders for safety, efficacy, appropriateness, and accuracy. Counsel patients and consult with prescribers on medication selection, dosages, interactions, and side effects, offering therapeutic recommendations as needed. Provide drug information and patient education, ensuring safe/effective use of medications. Manage the point-of-sale system for medications and OTC products; maintain a small retail area stocked with health, beauty, and food items.
Inventory Control and Compliance: Maintain an efficient inventory system, conducting biannual manual counts of medications and supplies. Order and stock pharmaceuticals, OTC products, merchandise, and supplies to meet demand. Keep detailed, compliant records of prescriptions, drug inventory, narcotics, and controlled substances as required by federal and state regulations. Monitor patient drug therapy, collaborating with medical staff to promote cost-effective and appropriate pharmaceutical use. Oversee ongoing inventory-related accounting and reporting.
Pharmacy Team Support and Oversight: Manage pharmacy operations, including pricing, data analysis, and development of policies and procedures. Direct daily workflows, supervise pharmacy support staff, and oversee pharmacy technicians’ performance. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and annual performance evaluations for staff; conduct in-service training as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, maintaining all required licenses and vendor agreements. Perform continuous quality assurance and maintain pharmacy security. Identify and propose opportunities for new or expanded services to enhance pharmacy offerings.
Strategic and Support Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned, including implementing new technologies and applications to streamline processes, boost efficiency, and modernize pharmacy operations to meet student needs and expectations. Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school is required. A Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred.
Seven (7) years of experience as a licensed pharmacist and ability to assume administrative responsibilities for the Pharmacy is required; two (2) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in pharmacy is also required. A current Texas pharmacy license in good standing is required.

As a first-in-the-nation community-led climate fund, PCEF's mission is to broaden community resilience and economic opportunity through climate action that advances racial and social justice. By partnering with community organizations, government agencies and businesses engaged in the climate and justice movements, PCEF enables local solutions to many of the city's most urgent challenges.
PCEF awards grants and contracts that serve communities with historically limited access to opportunity in the energy, transportation, construction, employment, agricultural and green infrastructure industries. Position Summary

Position Summary
The Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) and the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund are seeking one or more building decarbonization-focused project managers (Coordinator II) with a strong work and/or lived experience with climate justice to join the PCEF team. Being part of the PCEF team is a fast-paced, dynamic, and fluid endeavor. These positions will be part of a team that is responsible for managing investments of approximately $1 billion over the next five years in projects and programs that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and advance racial and social justice. The Restaurant Chef is responsible for overseeing the organization, coordination and preparation of hot/cold food production, adherence to quality and/or portion control, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards. The Restaurant Chef exercises supervision over culinary personnel; coordinating, training and evaluating the work of all cooks and staff working for La Gran Terraza. The Chef performs the more difficult production duties and develops complex seasonal menus, recipes, and products. The Restaurant Chef works with management by developing departmental goals and in the development and execution of specialized menus for ad hoc executive level and monthly events in the restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Production:
• Supervises, directs, and participates in the quality and quantity preparation of all meals and specialty items as well as customer special requests. • Acts as working manager for food production. • Responsible for the development of the menu for La Gran Terraza and O'Tooles. • Reviews daily menu and assigns, directs and coordinates daily tasks of all back of house staff for La Gran Terraza. • Checks production sheet against inventory to assure necessary items are on hand; plans for backup items as needed. • Uses correct methods of preparation and instructs staff in correct methods. • Ensures products made to specification and reviews recipes for variances in finished product, including yield, appearance, taste, and texture. Takes corrective action as needed. • Ensures labeling requirements are met and ensures compliance with allergen containment procedures. • Coordinates and instructs staff in appropriate sequential production periods for maximum quality control. • Ensures proper product portioning. • Responsible for the timely delivery, setup and dispensing of all menu items as specified. • Responsible for the proper storage and utilization of leftovers. • Ensures proper rotation and storage of all products. • Responsible for conducting monthly inventory. • Forecasts and orders food and supplies as needed for the restaurant keeping cost of goods sold as low as possible. • Forecasts proper quantity preparation for each item served. • Responsible for completion of daily production sheets and responsible for creating and managing production/event records. • Collaborates with management on new ideas and trends throughout the restaurant industry to meet the needs of our dining customers. • Researches, develops and tests new recipes and menus. • Attends weekly production meetings. • Coordinates production and delegates to culinary staff daily. • Has primary responsibility for the cleanliness of the kitchen. • Ability to prepare a variety of cuisine, using skill and creativity to develop new, unusual seasonal market driven menus. • Responsible for creating wine and beer paring menus. • Contributes to the success of the department by performing other duties as needed in support of the departments and university's mission.

• Maintains good customer relations through attitude, appearance and attention to detail in daily work. • Maintains consistent high-quality standards; quality-tests every finished product for taste, texture, appearance and temperature. • Assures that all foods are attractively garnished and appropriately displayed on a daily basis. • Ensures that products are not held longer than establishing holding times. • Services customer/guest needs with the appropriate sense of business urgency to provide quality service. • Reports feedback from customer to the Manager of La Gran Terraza. • Responsible for providing allergen information on all menus and at all special events.
Personnel:
• Knows and follows all University and Auxiliary Services policies and procedures. • Instructs staff regarding department policies and procedures. • Ensures that employees understand and adhere to all department policies and procedures. • Responsible for direction, supervision, training and evaluation of cooks and part-time staff. • Sets leadership example by willingness to work all job tasks. • Provides regular feedback to employees regarding performance. • Delegates assignments as appropriate and follows up to ensure work is accurate and complete. • Operates all kitchen equipment and trains others on proper use. • Responsible for smooth workflow, communication, and ideas through a congenial, caring, and supportive attitude. • Reports any problems (disciplinary or otherwise) to supervisor. When appropriate takes immediate corrective action.
Safety and Sanitation:
• Implements and maintains proper safety and sanitation standards in the workplace. • Reports all equipment maintenance problems to supervisor. • Supervises employees in proper food handling methods and techniques. • Coordinates all scheduled cleanup operations. • Responsible for the security of the kitchen and kitchen areas. • Ensures excellent personal hygiene, including care of uniforms, shoes and head covering for all staff. • Supervises kitchen cleanliness/sanitation during operation. • Reports all accidents and/or injuries to supervisor or to Public Safety in the absence of a supervisor, immediately. • Reports all equipment maintenance problems to Chef de Cuisine. • Ensures that all staff knows the location of fire extinguishers and Ansul System pull stations and how to use them.
Finance:
• Responsible for managing COG (cost of goods) to ensure budget cost expectations are not exceeded. • Responsible for attending and reporting out LGT financials at the weekly financial WOR review. • Responsible for not exceeding labor financial targets. • Responsible for meeting revenue financial targets • Responsible for operating within budget guidelines and expectations.
Special Conditions of Employment:
• Must be able to work a varied hourly work schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays. • Must have excellent personal hygiene because of contact with food and food products.

Minimum Qualifications:

Position Overview
The manager of operations will be responsible to direct the flow of product and manage processes within the Shipping Department. Ensure that staffing and other resource requirements are provided in accordance with service level expectations and budgetary guidelines. Communicate production plans, staffing plans, department and company goals and other business needs to appropriate individual(s). Provides overall guidance for staff/team projects.

Position Overview
The manager of operations will be responsible to direct the flow of product and manage processes within the Shipping Department. Ensure that staffing and other resource requirements are provided in accordance with service level expectations and budgetary guidelines. Purpose of the Position The Vice President & Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a highly visible role that will serve a key position in the success of Newfields. Reporting to the President & CEO, the COO will demonstrate experience working with diverse communities and a strong commitment to Newfields’ mission to enrich lives through exceptional experiences with art and nature. The COO is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the institution, will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and will work closely with related Board committees to develop the vision, strategy, and master plan of the organization.
This role will oversee daily campus operations while managing contractual relationships, capital projects, risk management, and the development of policies and procedures specific to areas of responsibility. Administrative
Directly manage operations, construction, capital projects, and personnel budgets for all departments in their division.
Work with the President & CEO, ELT, and Board of Trustees to develop and implement the strategic plan for the organization.
Maximize unique programmatic opportunities, preserve and maintain the campus’ physical assets, and partner with the ELT in determining and implementing the best use of available indoor and outdoor space in support of institutional activities and mission.

Work collaboratively with ELT to implement a five-year strategic plan for the museum buildings and campus enhancements.

Act as Newfields risk manager in relation to its enterprise risk management program. Partner with the CFO to implement processes and changes.

Purpose of the Position The Vice President & Chief Operations Officer (COO) is a highly visible role that will serve a key position in the success of Newfields. Reporting to the President & CEO, the COO will demonstrate experience working with diverse communities and a strong commitment to Newfields’ mission to enrich lives through exceptional experiences with art and nature. The COO is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the institution, will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and will work closely with related Board committees to develop the vision, strategy, and master plan of the organization.
This role will oversee daily campus operations while managing contractual relationships, capital projects, risk management, and the development of policies and procedures specific to areas of responsibility. Administrative
Directly manage operations, construction, capital projects, and personnel budgets for all departments in their division.
Work with the President & CEO, ELT, and Board of Trustees to develop and implement the strategic plan for the organization.
Maximize unique programmatic opportunities, preserve and maintain the campus’ physical assets, and partner with the ELT in determining and implementing the best use of available indoor and outdoor space in support of institutional activities and mission.

Facility Management

Act as Newfields risk manager in relation to its enterprise risk management program. Partner with the CFO to implement processes and changes.
Operations
Cultivate a visitor-centered operational plan to support the annual earned revenue goals and build financial resilience for ongoing programs and operations.
Serve as the responsible staff member for internal and external festivals and events.
Assess staffing and resource needs to ensure Newfields is an efficient operation and outline its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access.
Build and maintain trusting and cross-cultural relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders in the community.
Direct a budget-appropriate security deployment plan that provides service to guests and protection of assets.

COMPENSATION: Brentwood School's employment requirements vary, from positions requiring no experience to those needing 20+ years of expert experience. Our salary range includes all levels of experience, from $75,000 - $95,000. Salaries are determined based on years of experience, education, full- or part-time status, the category of the role, and the number of months of worked per school year. Salary ranges do not include benefits, i.e. 403b retirement matching, paid lunch time, free breakfast and lunch, free parking, subsidy toward medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D plans, and generous time off. The pay range is an estimate and is not guaranteed. If hired, your actual base salary will be determined by your education, experience, and category.
