As maintenance orders are received, this position will float between NCPRD facilities (Milwaukee, Aquatic Parks, and the Milwaukie Community Centers). In addition to working maintenance orders, the selected candidate will complete day-to-day janitorial functions to maintain district facilities. NCPRD is a service district of Clackamas County dedicated to providing exceptional parks and recreation programs, facilities, and services. The district, which serves more than 105,000 residents in a 27-square mile area, includes the city of Milwaukie and a large area of unincorporated Clackamas County.
