A Senior Engineer, Identity and Access Management partners with appropriate business stakeholders to plan, implement and support identity and access management systems for First Advantage. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of IAM applications, including Authorization/Authentication and Account Creation/Management/Provisioning in data repositories.

 

This position is responsible for collaborating with IT infrastructure leadership on architectural design in addition to providing the implementation and post-delivery support of identity related projects.

 

Your responsibilities will also include all management, setup and administration of the IAM platform within the IS and to external partners or internal applications requiring IAM.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting enterprise grade Identity platforms such as Okta, Ping, Azure AD and others.
  • Significant experience with implementing greenfield solutions within an organization.
  • Strong understanding of high-availability solutions and architecture
  • Scripting experience in shells and Python
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deploy IT infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of Cloud Identity Architecture.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery and high availability plans and best practices.
