The Technical Delivery Lead collaborates, defines, documents, and implements development standards across all Product Development pods. A Delivery Lead has previous experience as a senior developer and/or architect but is currently in a senior position ideally within an Agile team.

The Technical Delivery Lead is familiar with standards such as unit test coverage, static security scanning, code review and comments amongst others and has comfortability both defining and driving tech leads and pods to adhere and implement. In addition, with the establishment, documentation, and implementation of standards the expectation of measure(ing) these standards are a critical responsibility. In conjunction with the responsibilities listed here-in the Delivery lead will also lead Agile teams post development standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field or equivalent proven experience in an agile environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hands-on application development Scrum Master role for one or more agile development pods
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a hands-on Senior Application Developer

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • First Level Scrum master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM) is required
  • Product Owner, PMI-ACP, and other agile certifications are highly desirable
  • Awareness and experience with Agile techniques like TDD, BDD, Pairing, and Continuous Integration
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
