The Instructional Services Coordinator Senior position supports GateWay's Title V Grant Equitable Xperiences Infused Through Out (EXITO) GateWay: a holistic approach to foster student well-being and academic attainment. The position encompasses two distinct areas of responsibility: work based experience (WBE) development and coordination, and collaborating closely with faculty and agencies (nonprofits, companies, small businesses, and government entities) to create and monitor internships and WBEs. This position will also leverage independent analysis and judgment to develop, coordinate, and supervise complex and varied administrative tasks to launch GateWay's new internship and WBE programs, including both project and campus based experiences. The individual hired will develop and maintain the programs while tracking overall progress of the internship effort along with the Title V Program Director and Institutional Research office.
Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, organizational development or directly related field and two (2) years of related experience such as providing advanced program coordination and consultation that includes one or more of the following: planning, development, and/or implementing program projects and activities in area of assignment.
OR
An Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and four (4) years of related experience such as providing advanced program coordination and consultation that includes one or more of the following: planning, development, and/or implementing program projects and activities in area of assignment.
OR
A High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of related experience such as providing advanced program coordination and consultation that includes one or more of the following: planning, development, and/or implementing program projects and activities in area of assignment.
Related fields to include: Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, Fine/Performing Arts and English
