JOB SUMMARY: The Corporate Security Solutions Director will create and drive security management strategies that will create value for Pinkerton’s clients. The Director will focus on areas that relate to Corporate Security to include, Protective Services and Investigations.

Essential Functions:

The Essential Functions Include:

  1. Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Develop go-to-market strategy and sales of Pinkerton services and solutions for corporate, financial services, government, and professional services sectors.
  3. Assess client requirements and design solutions that will allow the client to create and maintain a secure environment for their people and assets.
  4. Maintain and evolve wide-ranging relationships with clients and identify areas of growth and development.
  5. Facilitate the use of technology-based risk assessment tools or methodologies to review, design, and implement solutions.
  6. Anticipate and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client.
  7. Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including local client relationship teams, specialized global service delivery units, finance, marketing, and HR.
  9. Develop and/or implement analytical solutions and tools to analyze security risks.
  10. Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of organizational security risks.
  11. All other duties, as assigned. 

Minimum Hiring Standards:

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. 

Education/Experience:

Master’s degree in Business Administration and at least five years of related experience.
