In this role, you will serve as a manager/practitioner for all aspects of education and training for UCLA Health, to include the Hospitals and Clinics, Faculty Practice Group, and the David Geffen School of Medicine. You will lead lead a team of contributors who will bring to UCLA Health the best and most innovative examples of learning and development practices and top-notch expertise for leading professional development, leadership development, change management, and leadership and team consulting.
As our Training Manager, you will use methodologies and best practices to design and oversee training efforts that support UCLA Health’s objectives at both organizational and at the unit levels. You will work collaboratively with strategic partners across UCLA Health to assess the organization’s climate and current programs/initiatives. You will also help leaders and key stakeholders articulate their training and development aspirations, as well as identify and recommend strategic and programmatic solutions to advance UCLA Health’s agenda.
