Responsibilities Manages CIOO Planned Corrective Actions (PCA) that address IT privacy and security recommendations made by external auditors (OIG and GAO) by coordinating with POCs and SMEs in the CIO Organization to support completion. Support validation, testing and development of closure packages that provide evidence that the CIOO has completed the PCAs thoroughly. Manages and analyzes IT, privacy and security information submitted as provided by Client (PBC) requests from auditors to ensure information provided is responsive.
