Summary

This position is located in the Chief Information Officer Organization (CIOO), the incumbent will serve as a Management Analyst performing as an oversight manager (OM) managing a segment of CIOO contracts, and is responsible for ensuring that information technology (IT) contracting policy, procedures, an programs are implemented, evaluated and complied with.

Responsibilities

At the full performance level, major duties include:

• Performs oversight management duties for the Division's multi-year/multi-million dollar contracts. Serves as a focal point in DIT vendor relationship management across multiple DIT vendors.  Focuses on vendor management governance including relationship management, business management capabilities, expectation matching, delivery management, service level agreement management, and provider market assessment. 
• Performs as an Oversight Manager supporting Contracting Officers as required in the management and administration of IT contracts including: award term and award fee, board management, cost and price analyses, funding analyses, FDIC board case preparation, Earned Value Management administration, etc.
• Performs contract administration to include monitoring performance, receive and accept contract deliverables, monitor and verify delivery schedule, monitor funds expenditure in relation to multi-year contract ceiling, process deliverables and invoices, collaborate with Program Office Technical Monitor on matters related to invoicing.
• Conducts analytical studies that are of special interest to CASIB procurement and project activities or programs, requiring evaluation and identification of a variety of operational problems, assessing alternative solutions and recommending appropriate action.
