We’re searching for a Real Property Coordinator to join our team and provide necessary support in the acquisition of land in the Long Island Sound watershed to restore and protect clean water and thriving wildlife habitats. In this position, you will:
Assist with applications for proposed land acquisition projects.
Perform and/or review property inspections, appraisals, field inspections, surveys and title searches.
Negotiate with sellers, respond to inquiries, and attend meetings with landowners and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, maintain files and databases, and utilize GIS maps for analysis.
The successful candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
Real Estate experience in two or more of the following areas: appraisal review, title research, clearance and/or closings, negotiation, contract drafting, field inspections, mapping, and land surveying.
Knowledge of or strong interest in environmental issues and land conservation.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The position leads all aspects of commissioning, development, and overall producing of the TYA season of in-house and touring productions. Playing a key role in TYA programmatic decisions, the position leads the new work development process, taking selected projects from inception to onstage delivery, moving newly-written plays and musicals through multiple drafts and workshops towards their public season announcement, rehearsal, tech, and ultimately their world premieres. The position oversees creative team selection and casting for each TYA project. The Producing Director is someone who can understand what an artist is trying to achieve, and help them realize it practically, balancing the big picture with the tactical day-to-day tasks at hand. The Producing Director, TYA is responsible for not only the development of each commissioned show, but also the logistical coordination, artist management, marketing, budgeting, evaluation, resource management, and oversight of all TYA activities. The position has up to 3 direct reports, and also hires and manages 150+ artists throughout the course of any given season. (2-4 commissioned productions, 2-5 booked-in presentations, 4-7 development workshops, and 1 remount and national tour per season, in addition to a biennial New Visions/New Voices festival and ongoing creative commissioning work). Job Description The Producing Director, Theater for Young Audiences (TYA) leads the TYA team in the Education Division at the Kennedy Center. The position leads all aspects of commissioning, development, and overall producing of the TYA season of in-house and touring productions. Playing a key role in TYA programmatic decisions, the position leads the new work development process, taking selected projects from inception to onstage delivery, moving newly-written plays and musicals through multiple drafts and workshops towards their public season announcement, rehearsal, tech, and ultimately their world premieres. The position oversees creative team selection and casting for each TYA project. The Producing Director is someone who can understand what an artist is trying to achieve, and help them realize it practically, balancing the big picture with the tactical day-to-day tasks at hand. The Producing Director, TYA is responsible for not only the development of each commissioned show, but also the logistical coordination, artist management, marketing, budgeting, evaluation, resource management, and oversight of all TYA activities. The position has up to 3 direct reports, and also hires and manages 150+ artists throughout the course of any given season. Primary Purpose
Provide strategic direction and administrative oversight of the Center for Business, Industry, and Professional Development, which includes short-term and customized workforce trainings and professional development opportunities, as well as leadership of the Small Business Development Center, pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs, and selected manufacturing and advanced technology programs. The Executive Director will work with local and regional businesses and industries, economic and workforce development agencies, as well as other key stakeholders, to ensure COCC is responsive to the training needs of Central Oregon employers, employees, and job-seekers wanting to improve their skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership and Development:
• Provide leadership for an expanded vision for CBIPD in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of COCC. • Provide leadership for long-term planning for CBIPD. • Explore, propose, and develop new non-credit training opportunities that meet regional workforce needs, including apprenticeship, manufacturing, and technology. • Continuously assess regional workforce training needs through networking with regional leaders and participation in regional and state economic and workforce development entities and other professional development opportunities. • In collaboration with CBIPD staff and business and industry stakeholders, develop and consistently offer a robust slate of workforce training programs for our region, with emphasis on expanding offerings to more rural and underserved populations. • Create and monitor key performance indicators for CBIPD. Develop and implement strategies for improvement. • Foster a supportive team environment that motivates and develops staff members. • Model and maintain high standards and performance expectations. • Engage and advocate for CBIPD with community stakeholders and College leadership.
Administrative and Operational Duties:
• Supervision and evaluation of the assistant director Small Business Development Center, apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship staff, program managers, and administrative assistants. Manage overall budget and operations, performing duties as they pertain to the overall position objectives. • Ensure ongoing training opportunities that meet the needs of the region and ensures optimum use of departmental time and resources. • Ensure coherence regarding training schedules, offerings, and delivery. • Engage with community as appropriate. • Participate in College initiatives and teams, as appropriate.

Computer screen work 50 percent of the time. Work is performed in an ordinary office, mostly sitting with extended standing and some lifting under ten pounds. All individuals are required to be able to perform the essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Business Communication or related field.
Experience:

Summarize results for Artistic Operations Assistant Manager to execute contracts. Coordinate artist VISAS, ensure all artist needs are clearly passed on to Artist Services in anticipation of arrival in Washington. Organize libretto readings and workshops for commissions, perform production research, create presentation materials for any informational artistic planning. Key Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in artistic operations/administration within a performing arts organization. Interest/knowledge in opera, classical music encouraged. Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a music-related subject) or equivalent training/ experience Experience with union contracts a strong plus. Expertise in Microsoft Excel for budgeting. Interest in, and extensive knowledge of, opera, classical music, and the performing arts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time, especially under pressure. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must display good judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information in a trustworthy manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel required; Access a plus; accurate word processing, proofreading, and filing skills.
