Our COMPANY CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT's Technology Organization Customer Engagement portfolio is seeking an individual that has the ability to apply analytical skills to proven testing methodologies in order to ensure successful software solution delivery on a few of our highly-visible agile teams. The mission of the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is to ensure every software solution is implemented without defects for the Online Customer Care (OCC) web site suite of solutions. The testing analyst works closely with internal technical teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and business units to create and execute functional, automated, and performance tests. The QA systems analyst performs analysis of formal test results in order to discover and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws before authorizing that the solution is of sufficient quality to move to production.
Knowledge/Experience testing with CSS (Customer/1), OCC (Online Customer Care) web site, or VRU (Voice Response Unit) or related customer service/billing applications
Experience with automated regression testing, performance testing, and an application quality management solution preferred
Experience writing queries preferred
Experience with HP UFT or similar testing tools preferred
Experience with automated regression testing preferred
Strong analysis skills with ability to identify and document test plans, defects, and results
