THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Support & Operations Team, which is part of ANet’s national Program Operations Team. The Support & Operations Team sets up and supports internal staff and partner schools so that they are able to fully leverage ANet’s products and services in order to improve instructional practice. The Senior Associate will manage the support, training, and logistics around administering ANet’s assessments and leveraging our various technology platforms for a portfolio of ANet’s regional teams and their corresponding partner schools. No matter who they’re interacting with, the Senior Associate will ensure strong operations so that our school partners have what they need to drive student learning. Given this role will impact students across hundreds of ANet partner schools, a successful Senior Associate will keep the student experience front and center in everything that they do.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Ensure our school partners have a strong back-to-school and in-year experience through training and resources

Be an expert in our online platforms and educate partners on the use of our products

Facilitate conversations with partners to gain understanding of local infrastructure and operations to plan for implementation of ANet’s products and services throughout the year

Create and execute in-person and virtual trainings on the purpose and use of our products

Collaborate across ANet’s national and regional teams to ensure comprehensive and coherent operational setup and support for partners, including managing the collection of student rosters, assessment schedules, and other required school information

Proactively identify and elevate best practices and resources to partner schools and ANet’s regional teams

Deeply understand partner experience and collaborate within and across teams to take targeted action based on data

Regularly analyze of a variety of data sources tied to partner experience and share insight and implications with relevant teams across ANet as well as externally with partners

Analyze product usage data to determine trends in usage data that should inform our product strategy. Proactively elevate and engage with ANet’s Product Team to help build their understanding of user experience

Monitor and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction, while managing partner expectations

Proactively identify and share opportunities and strategies for differentiated interventions to ensure partner engagement with ANet’s regional teams

Create communication structures that allow you to engage our partners on our product roadmap, provide proactive updates on new features, and status of active issues

Ensure a smooth partner journey for a portfolio of up to 300 schools

Monitor tasks for districts and schools associated with cultivation, setup, and administration of our assessments

Perform partner health checks and proactively alert customers of any impending issues

Evaluate and make recommendations for process improvements and best practices for assessment administration

Collaborate with managers across the Program Operations Team to develop and oversee the quality of our teams’ work

Provide informal management and mentorship to Program Operations Assistants in executing on the tasks associated with assessment administration and Product Support Representatives in troubleshooting help desk questions and issues from partner schools

With support from the Managers of Support & Operations, develop plans to operationalize special projects, effectively delegating projects and tasks as needed

You are willing to travel to visit each of the ANet teams within your portfolio at the beginning of the school year, with up to 4 additional visits per team throughout the year.

Ideal candidates may also demonstrate the following preferred qualifications:

You bring prior experience working in an education setting, working closely with schools, and/or in an operations role for a nonprofit.

You have familiarity with leveraging project management resources and tools (ex: Wrike) and/or customer support platforms (ex: Freshdesk).
