Job Summary

Oversee on shift operations at the Driver Services Fuel Desk, Convenience Store, Jake Brake Deli Counter, and Gas Station. This entry level management position supervises a staff of 6 to 10 employees per shift in fun and fast paced environment, delivering World Class Customer Experiences to every guest, while being part of an award-winning team of dedicated employees.

Provide direct supervision & performance support where needed of fuel desk cashiers, as well as general janitor cleanliness of the fuel lanes, truck lot, driver showers, and gas station. Administer employee time and attendance payroll through the company’s computer system, review and approve daily shift reporting, assist in managing fuel inventory and pricing for the Travel Center, and establish policies and procedures for staff to follow. Conduct company business and execute programs on behalf of the company in a professional manner and with a whole company approach.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school degree or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail, food service, and/or travel center operations required.
  • Previous supervisory experience highly preferred.
