MAJOR DUTIES: Collaborates with senior leadership (IT and business) to develop enterprise IT and digital strategies that consider the people, process, and tools necessary to execute effectively. Participates in and contributes to the assessment of external digital opportunities and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired business capabilities. Leads/supports teams in the development of IT strategies and transformational roadmaps that are actionable; ensuring integration with the corporate planning processes and business strategy. Provides consulting and guidance on strategy development and identifying key initiatives with high potential for success that drive achievement of strategic outcomes. Communicates effectively to stakeholders at all levels the benefits and use of strategies in driving business outcomes more efficiently.
