We're hiring an enthusiastic, scrappy, experienced Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of thought-provoking, ambitious, bold campaigns with our advertising partners. This position will report to our Associate Director, Creative Solutions.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of branded content programs by working with in-house design and content teams as well as external vendors (photographers, video production companies, artists, writers, etc.). Experience in project managing video production a plus. 
  • Maintain detailed tracking of production elements by building production timelines, negotiating budgets, coordinating invoices from vendors, etc.
  • Serve as client-facing project lead communicating with senior clients in person, via email, and over the phone
  • Ensure client's marketing objectives are represented in branded content and achieved in campaign performance
  • Track campaign performance by utilizing our analytics suite and reporting results to clients

The ideal candidate:

  • Pragmatic, enthusiastic, and empathetic
  • A natural executor with the ability to get the best out of the people and the projects you oversee
  • A calm, cool, and collected mind—a constitution that affords “grace under fire”—coupled with a personality inclined toward perpetual positivity and a sense of possibility
  • Understanding of Content Management Systems, front-web design (basic HTML), and relevant design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus
  • Familiarity with research and measurement tools like SimpleReach, comScore, @Plan, and Omniture is a plus
