Reports To:   Marketing Supervisor

FLSA Status:   Exempt

Amount of Travel Required:   Day Travel/Once per quarter

Salary Grade:   B

LOCATION:  Green Bay

STANDARD HOURS:  40 hours per week.  Typical hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.   Flexibility is required to include other evening and/or weekend hours as necessary. 

MINIMUM STARTING SALARY*: $53,177 per year

*Current benefit eligible employees will be placed within the pay range based on their current rate/range.

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing web performance data for the NWTC website and digital advertising to identify opportunities and threats. Provides regular reports, makes data-driven decisions and recommendations by determining effectiveness of web content and digital advertising campaigns. Assists with web graphics and ensures the website and digital advertising strategies adhere to and strengthen the NWTC brand.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Develop email marketing campaigns with the Admissions and Recruitment team in order to move leads through the funnel and drive conversions. Develop segmentation strategies; create templates, calls to action and content for emails; and measure and analyze email performance and campaign results.
  • Plan and coordinate online and mobile advertising campaigns, integrating across platforms, and working with outside vendors as needed.
  • Track and analyze social media marketing campaign performance. Utilize analytics and other feedback systems to set strategy, forecast results, and drive improvement.
  • Recommend and implement digital marketing activities to drive brand awareness, engage with followers, and connect to our communities in support of enrollment efforts and college goals.
  • Create, define, recommend, and monitor digital and social media marketing guidelines, benchmarks, and new practices.
  • Archive project folders, digital files, and other project-related information and track related project expenses.
  • Assist with web maintenance including new page development and ensuring content and images are current.
  • Collaborate with Public Relations and Webmaster to implement various analytic suites and listening tools.
  • Collaborate and assist Public Relations team with digital and social media/needs
  • Actively participate on the NWTC web governance team.
  • Work collaboratively with Webmaster, IIT, internal customers, outside vendors, and other staff as needed.

Education:  Associate Degree is required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) with preference to Marketing with related experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design.

Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience using graphics and web tools such as Photoshop, and Google Analytics. Strong knowledge of search engine optimization; including knowledge of search engine spiders and search engine ranking factors is preferred. Familiarity with HTML is preferred.


Computer Skills

Experience creating digital assets, basic knowledge of writing HTML, and developing and deploying email templates.  Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics. Experience in Marketing and Creative Design applications in a web based environment. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.


Other Requirements

Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the District’s standard insurance policy terms.
