Job Description
 
As a member of the CPI Customer Service Center Leadership Team and Unit Manager of the Underwriting Support Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing strategic vision to improve upon delivery of services to business partners and to support/drive increased profitability and results
  • Forecasting and strategically planning for future business needs by:
    • Developing/analyzing reports and making recommendations to implement best practices, process improvements, and staffing allocations
    • Developing plans to leverage resources
  • Developing partnerships and collaborating with Home Office and Underwriting Center management and personnel to:
    • Identify and successfully transfer functions from the Underwriting Centers to the Underwriting Support Team
    • Review existing service standards, metrics, and processes and if needed implement improvements to support the underwriting centers' goals and objectives
    • Increase the operational efficiency and productivity of the Underwriting Support Team
  • Directly manage a staff of approximately twenty employees.
  • Contribute to CPI and Customer Service Center initiatives, project task teams, and activities to enhance business performance and teamwork
