The Biofuels Process Engineer develops conceptual designs and permitting support for the Appraise Stage of the second commercial plant in North America for BP Biofuels. After the Appraise Stage, the Process Engineer is expected to either continue in a project role in the Select Stage of the project or to move to work on an early stage of a subsequent project in the Biofuels portfolio.
This role currently requires 100% travel from candidate’s home location.
As a part of the Biofuels PS&O Project Team, this position is designated as 100% travel, relocation is not currently available.
The intention is to make a final decision on the home base of the project team in the foreseeable future, and it is currently anticipated to be located in the Southeast US.
Once the project team base has been identified, relocation packages will be discussed. Additional projects are planned in the future as well.
