Job Location: Bridgewater, NJ
The ideal candidate has to possess great organization, communication and computer skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, a professional demeanor, and be able to work independently. The ability to multi-task, articulate, be flexible and exude a bright personality.
*This position can also be for 2 Part time people or of 1 Full time person.*
Receptionist responsibilities include:
Maintain the conference room database via Lotus Notes with daily list updates Greet guests and notify employees of their arrival Maintain the sign-in book and visitor badges Manage a multi-phone system Manage the mail center Maintain break room areas & conference rooms (includes restocking coffee areas throughout the day) Administrative responsibilities include: Manage and track the HR budget Calendar maintenance as required (includes scheduling meetings/conferences) Travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, correspondence and meeting preparation PowerPoint presentations, project work on MS Word & Excel Other admin duties as needed to support the HR function team Manage logistics for internal company events and meetings
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Lotus Notes is preferred (experience with version 8.5 is helpful) Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work a 40 hour week and must be available to work overtime on occasion Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters Strong organization skills Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work. Strong proofreading skills are a plus
