To support and accelerate our recent growth and new market expansion, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, create, execute and maintain the company’s online assets and digital marketing programs. Through a variety of digital outlets, increase awareness and preference for Sonetics, Firecom and Flightcom brands, products and services, generate qualified leads, support sales objectives and deepen customer engagement. In addition, you will: Plan, develop and execute digital programs and campaigns for the Sonetics, Firecom and Flightcom brands, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, and mobile. Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals. Creation of digital and print content for all three corporate brands, including: sales collateral, graphics, infographics, etc. Develop and manage digital co-marketing programs for distributors and partners, including sales enablement tools. Establish web presence to boost brand awareness. Manage email marketing programs, lists, imports, permissions, and segmentation through marketing automation platform/CRM. Maintain publishing editorial calendar for web, landing pages, email campaigns, etc. Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development. Develop landing pages and banners for integrated marketing campaigns. Track and report key performance indicators and analytics such as website traffic, online conversion opportunities, sponsored search ROI, and keywords using various digital tools, and make strategic recommendations. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you thrive on working in a fast-paced, cross-functional role. You are creative, solutions-oriented, and strive to create exceptional customer experiences. Your experience includes: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related discipline, or a combination or education and equivalent experience preferred 5+ years digital marketing experience. Familiarity with web design and content management systems Understanding of user-design, graphic design and interface principles, and responsive and mobile design. Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker. Experience with web development technologies, including: DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS Experience writing, designing, and fully executing digital projects. In depth knowledge of SEO and adwords programs. Relationship and partnership-building skills. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with very tight timelines. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
