The incumbent of this position will:
Manage and coordinate the work of teams which can include attorneys, accountants, experts and support staff, and performs a full range of supervisory duties. Enforce the federal securities laws, set priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work; recommend promotions or reassignments; hear and resolve complaints; mentor and train staff; and identify development and training opportunities for employees. Supervise staff members who interact with the public and evaluates complaints and other allegations of potential misconduct related to Federal securities laws, rules and regulations. Participate with other supervisors in the management of the office and unit, consult with and advises Associate Directors, Unit Chiefs and/or senior managers on administrative matters relating to budget, personnel, and office/unit procedures.
